it doesn’t work for me anymore. used it 3 times, now when i go to log into my account, it says logging in, the instantly logs me back out. i log back and it takes me to the buy one month for 9.99 or three months for 24.99. any tips?

From my understanding, using a mobile device or a tablet like an ipad will work because I guess on the mobile site it gives you the $0.00 option and on the computer website it gives you the $10.00 option. Try it and see if it works
