I got mine tonight also, but it just gives me an order number no claim code. What’s the deal?

    February 27, 2011 at 11:29 pm

That has never happened to be with amazon with a code . I do swagbucks and never had an issue w/ a code. Mine worked.

  14. karra says

    February 27, 2011 at 11:35 pm

This wasn’t a code at all just an order number. Like maybe they sent me an email to let me know I would get a gift card, but they are rolling them out in batches or something? =/

H4F, could you please let us know what is up with this?? I checked my email, which let me know that I would be the recipient of the Amazon gift card, yet there was no claim code. What’s strange is that I can see the claim code in the very same email on my cell phone. :dunno: So I typed in the code, and I got a screen letting me know that the code has been deactivated. :uh: I don’t understand at all. 🙁

      Hi Kate,
If you copy and Paste your “Claim Code” and put it in Amazon it should work for you. You can Click Here to do that.

You will first have to login to Amazon then click this link HERE.

Let me know if that works for you,

      -Mike

Kate, One more quick question are you sure your not putting in the order number in and not the “claim code” in by chance?

Your “Claim Number” will be where we have it blacked out in the picture above, that’s the code you will want to put into Amazon’s site so you can get your $15.

I know in my Hotmail account I have to “allow” the sender in order to see the full email, maybe that could be it? This really seems to be what it could be for sure, because if you could see it in your phone fully, but not in your email on your PC, then this is what you will have to do.

I’m just trying to troubleshoot some idea’s to see if were not missing something before I have you contact the sender or even Amazon.

Or you can contact us here: https://www.hunt4freebies.com/contact/
        I hope that helps.

          Mike,

I just double checked to make sure, to no avail. My email doesn’t look like the one you’ve got posted. The entire claim code area is missing. It says the gift amount is $15 and shows the order number, but thats pretty much it. I am able to view the claim code on my phone, and made sure I didn’t get the order number confused, since that’s all numbers, and the claim code has a combination of both letters and numbers. Since I am able to view the message via my cell, I typed the code into my computer myself, but I get an error message saying that the code has been deactivated. My brother also signed up and his code was displayed in the email clear as day in the same format as the screenshot above. He was also able to apply the code to his Amazon account without getting the deactivation message. I’m not quite sure where to go from here, so I was curious as to whether or not others were experiencing the same problem, which unfortunately seems to be the case 🙁

I’m pretty sure it doesn’t have much to do with the email, but the code itself. But, I very well might be wrong. lol

            February 28, 2011 at 1:21 am

Kate by your best bet is to copy and paste the code in, because even if you have a space there or one letter off it will give you an error.

But tomorrow I’m going to try to contact them during business hours to see if they could come on here to help out. I’m sorry it’s not working for you, but hang tight we will figure something out. 😉

I received the gift card, too. When I tried to use it I got an error message. I tried using it several times but kept getting the error. I emailed Amazon and they said that is was an invalid card, and to email the person who sent it. I have no idea who to email. 🙁

      Hi Kari,
I’m really not 100% sure why it’s happening, but tomorrow I’m going to contact them during business hours to see if there might have been a glitch with somrthing or maybe they can come on here and help out.

I can’t copy and paste on my palm pre, but thank you so much for taking the time to respond to all this. 🙂 Looking forward to tomorrow when hopefully everything will be sorted out. Thanks again for all that you do! Goodnight. 🙂

I got another email, with a claim code. I did the whole process on my phone, and it seems to have credited my account. Thanks!!

I received an email yesterday with the code and when I went to put it into Amazon, it said Invalid code, or deactivated code. I recieved a second email today with a code that worked! Maybe there was just an issue with that batch..keep checking your email. I also sent an email to H4F and Amazon, maybe that was the cause of the second code being sent out! Just keep trying..eventually it will work! Good luck!
