I tried it on Safari and it didn’t work…it worked perfectly on IE…maybe you should try that (on their wall, that’s all AXE replies to people is that they should simply try another browser).
The Question Which AXE® variant is now retired? The answer choices didn’t have Voodoo listed. I guessed with Vice and got it right!
BTW on the question Which Axe variant is now retired you have the answer as Voodoo and that was not even an option! I think I chose Rise and it was wrong so it is one of the other 3, but I did eventually get this!

Finally, had to use IE and then kept getting pop up issues… Augh but finally it says I should receive my sample in 2-3 weeks yeah… persistence pays off again ;o)
nothing would happen after i clicked submit a few times and refreshed, but checked my pop up blocker and then it came up that i will receive my sample. if you have trouble i guess allow pop ups to see if works.
