The hold time for this company is way to long. They state a 10 minute hold time and I’m already at 35 minutes.
I also could not find an email address to let them know..

I put the phone on speaker.I made dinner and did some laundry .I did not realize it but it took 66 minutes to get through. The person that answered the call was very nice.It is always are choice to hang with it or cut it loose.I hope everyone gets one and has a great night.

I got through after a 1 and a half wait only to be told that they couldn’t verify my age by the address I gave them (Im 33!!!) and that I should sign up online for the mailing and then call back. When I did that and called back they said to call back during normal business hours. frustrating!

While I can understand what you are saying, I just don’t agree with it.
I own my own business, and if I kept a client on hold for an hour, I would no longer have this client, and may just jeopodize my entire business.

Called at 9am, and got through immediately. Yea!!!
Their rep told me that they had a lot of incoming calls, and apologized for the inconvenience.
Still, there should have been a way to foresee this problem and to have come up with a better solution, other than to keep you on the phone that long.
