Sigh, and I can’t type either…
Thank you again! I printed it out and took it with me today. A really bubbly young salesgirl waited on me. Once again, I was told that I couldn’t use the coupons. I took out the policy, and she got all stone-faced. I could tell she was angry. She started adjusting the coupon immediately, as if she already knew that she was supposed to. It makes me wonder if they are told to play dumb unless someone calls them out…
