    Why is this not working for me? It goes in the cart as free, & I pick free shipping, but then on the order summary it is over $20! $15 for the order & $6.95 shipping? Guess I will try it again… 😥

    It didn’t work for me. I don’t know if it is because the item is backordered or what. When I get to the final price page, it says the item is free, but then in my total it says $15 plus $6 something for shipping. Boo.

    I got one, but I had to pick the lt-green pearl and it is backordered so I won’t get it until after April 4.

      but the clip ons.I personally don’t like the clip on.as I have ear piercing.

    Today I received mine pearl clip on earnings.they are cute.
    but I am going to check my credit card balance,and they charged me for $15.and I called them they said in your bill statement it shows free.
    Is anyone else having the same problem?

    They told me I could return them. I don’t see why I should pay more money to mail them back? Anyone have any better luck.

    Today I called them and they said you should order more then $15 as this code works for $15 off $15 or more.
    So I am going to return them their item as they said ITS NOT FREE.

    Anyone has done the returning?

    I just called them, (for the about the fifth time!!!!) and the woman was very pleasant and put my $15.00 back on my card. She just said to wait til the end of next week for it to show up on my statement and if it doesn’t then give a call back. Hopefully I won’t have to call again though.
