   i fill it out just goes to a white page, but no show all content option

     Hi Dave, If by chance you have a white screen, click “show all content” at the bottom of your page. On the next screen just select “NO” to all of those offers if you would like and then you will be all set. Your first magazine will arrive in 6-10 weeks. I hope that helps.

           Do you have Google Chrome by chance? Sometimes in certain browsers this happens for some reason. If you do have Chrome, click at the top of the page where it says “Load Anyway” and then it should work.

   Thanks Michelle i think chrome did the trick, it went to the page where it asks if you want other offers.
