When you go to the checkout there is a place at the bottom that says “Promo Code” or something like that and you enter the FBLOVE promo code and it will bring your total down to -0-.
I called a representative on their toll free number and the guy explained to me that it prevents duplicate or false order and he apologized. I don’t understand either because of the other promotions from other card companies have not required them.
