1. How to Play: From 6/7/09 to 7/4/09 during store hours (the “Promotion Period”), visit any participating Finish Line store to obtain a scratch-off card (“Card”), while supplies last. Store hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday; however store hours may vary by location. LIMIT: Four (4) Cards per person. Scratch the surface to see if you are an instant winner.
2. Prize Claim Instructions (Read Carefully): If you have a winning Card, to claim your prize, bring it to a sales associate at any participating Finish Line store, present identification and the original scratch-off Card, and completely fill out a prize claim form. All prizes must be claimed by close of business on July 4, 2009. If a potential winner fails to claim a prize as set forth above within the required time period, he/she forfeits the prize, and the prize will remain un-awarded. All materials submitted will become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All winners must comply with all terms and conditions of complete Official Rules (available at the Box Office) and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Once verified as a winner by Sponsor, winner will receive the prize in person at the Finish Line store, subject to availability.
3. 250 Prizes: Each prize consists of a pair of adidas Originals shoes. ARV: $100. Odds of winning are 1:1,000. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. LIMIT: One (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $25,000.
4. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.), who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry.
